Sparkling Smiles Fayetteville is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team and support our clinical staff by providing excellent patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient.

Position Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our dentists and clinical team during patient care and treatment. We welcome candidates with no prior dental assisting experience, including recent graduates of a formal dental assisting program. On-the-job training and support will help you grow your skills in a team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• No prior dental assisting experience required

• Recent graduates of a formal dental assisting program are welcome

• Active X-ray certification required

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
