Uniphore is the Business AI company. Our sovereign, composable and secure AI platform connects enterprise data, fine-tunes AI models and deploys agentic AI across the enterprise. Job Description:
About the Role
As the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement, you'll build a function that is critical to our success. You will design, launch, and scale Uniphore's global Revenue Enablement program from the ground up, equipping every seller, manager, and partner to win in a fast-moving AI market. This is a hands-on builder role: you'll set the strategy and roadmap with executive stakeholders, then roll up your sleeves to create the programs, content, and systems yourself, driving automation and AI throughout. Partnering with the SVP RevOps and Sales leadership, you will own enablement end to end and make field readiness a trusted, board-grade measure tied directly to ramp, productivity, and bookings. We want efficient scaling of our revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Build the Enablement Function: Stand up Revenue Enablement from the ground up: define the charter, operating model, budget, and 4-quarter roadmap, and hire and lead a small, high-performing global team. Establish enablement as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Finance.
- Onboarding & Ramp: Design and launch role-based onboarding for AEs, SEs, SDRs, CSMs, and partners that shortens time to first deal and time to full productivity. Build certification milestones and ramp scorecards by cohort, and hold new hires and managers accountable to them.
- Sales Methodology & Process: With Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Revenue Systems, define, roll out, and reinforce our deal qualification and selling methodology (MEDDPICC-style), including stage exit criteria and deal inspection standards. Embed the methodology into Salesforce, manager cadences, and deal reviews so it becomes how we sell, not a one-time training.
- Product Launch & Messaging Readiness: Partner with Product Marketing and Product to own field readiness for every launch: pitch, demo, discovery guides, objection handling, competitive battlecards, and pricing and packaging in DealHub CPQ. Certify the field before go-live and measure adoption after.
- Continuous Learning & Skills Development: Build an ongoing curriculum covering enterprise selling of multi-year TCV deals $1M+, value selling, executive conversations, and consumption-based models. Own enablement content for SKO, QBRs, and regional workshops.
- Frontline Manager Enablement: Equip first-line sales managers to coach effectively with coaching frameworks, call and deal review standards, and conversation intelligence insights, so skills are reinforced in the field every week.
- Content & Sales Tools: Own the sales content strategy and a single source of truth for playbooks, templates, and customer-facing assets. Keep content current, easy to find, and measurably used, and retire what isn't.
- AI-Powered Enablement: Build AI into the fabric of enablement, including AI role-play and practice, conversation intelligence, and agents and copilots that deliver just-in-time guidance inside Salesforce and CPQ. Use automation to scale programs globally with a lean team.
- Measurement & Impact: Define enablement KPIs tied to revenue outcomes: ramp time, quota attainment, win rate, deal size, sales cycle length, forecast accuracy, and content usage. Publish scorecards by leader and region, and report program impact to executive staff.
- Partner Enablement: Extend onboarding, certification, and launch readiness to channel and alliance partners, and keep partner portal content aligned with direct-sales messaging.
Experience
- 12+ years in revenue-facing roles, including 7+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Finance.
- Experience enabling Enterprise sales teams selling multi-year TCV deals $1M+.
- Experience leading offshore/global teams to high-performance standards.
- Proven builder: has stood up or rebuilt an enablement function at a high-growth company, including the charter, team, programs, and metrics.
- Track record of measurable enablement impact, such as reduced ramp time and improved quota attainment, win rates, and forecast accuracy, with results tied to revenue outcomes.
- Deep experience rolling out and reinforcing a sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar), including hands-on use of AI tools to redesign enablement workflows and demonstrated results from deploying them.
- Created 4-quarter roadmaps and executed to them with speed and urgency.
- Experience integrating acquired sales teams, products, and processes into enablement programs.
- Experience with enablement and learning platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or an LMS) and dashboards like Tableau or PowerBI.
- 7+ years working with SVP/VP/CRO/CFO-level individuals in support of achieving bookings targets, including presenting enablement impact and field readiness to executive staff and the board.
- 5+ years of prior experience working in one of the following businesses: SaaS, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity industries.
- Experience with consumption-based business models helpful.
Skills & Competencies
- Builder mentality with a bias to action: comfortable creating programs, content, and processes from a blank page.
- Fluent, daily use of AI in the flow of work (LLMs, agents, copilots, and AI features inside Salesforce, CPQ, and enablement tools) with a working understanding of what these tools can and cannot do, where they add leverage, and when their output needs human validation.
- Leadership abilities to define and execute a vision for enablement and scale a function from zero to global.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities to influence Sales with a soft touch.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ambiguity.
- Coaching credibility: trusted by sellers and sales leaders, able to diagnose skill gaps with data and hold the field to clear readiness standards.
