(EVENTUAL) Pasante Desarrollo Producto Prepago
- Apoyar en el análisis y seguimiento del desempeño comercial de la oferta Prepago (combos, paquetes, promociones y beneficios).
- Analizar bases de datos para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, mejora de portafolio y optimización de la propuesta de valor.
- Realizar benchmarking periódico de la oferta y acciones comerciales de la competencia.
- Dar soporte en la construcción y pruebas de nuevas iniciativas comerciales.
- Participar en la definición, seguimiento y evaluación de promociones y campañas dirigidas al segmento Prepago.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia de cliente.
- Dar seguimiento a los principales indicadores del segmento y generar recomendaciones basadas en hallazgos de negocio.
