We are seeking talented individual to join our Global Risk Management Team at Marsh Broker Japan. The role is based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

・日系大手企業に対し、グローバル保険プログラムを提案・構築する部署です。
・グローバル保険プログラムでは Property, Casualty, Marine, D&O等の提案、構築、運営を行っています。
We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：
・損害保険プログラムの提案・構築・運営支援
・海外のMarshオフィスと連携した保険設計
・リスク分析、仕様書作成、提案書作成
What you need to have / 求める経験・スキル：
・企業の損害保険業界での経験 5年 から 10年 以上
（法人営業、アンダーライター、査定業務などの経験いずれも可）
・海外オフィスとコミュニケーションする英語力（読み・書き中心）
・主体的に自分で考えて行動が出来る方
・相手のニーズを的確に把握する力
・チームワークを重視して仕事が出来る方
・PC スキル： Word, Excel, Power Point
