Role Summary
- You'll lead a team of collections analysts and own the timely, accurate collection of receivables across [regions / customer segments].
- You'll drive cash flow, reduce overdue balances and DSO, resolve disputes and coach your team to build strong customer relationships. You'll work closely with Billing, Sales, Customer Success and Credit Risk.
