Working as a Server Assistant, you will work in both The Source Restaurant and Banquets. Our Server Assistants are the trail guides of the dining room and banquet hall, helping every guest journey flow smoothly from arrival to last bite. You'll keep tables polished and guest-ready, refill beverages before they're empty, and support servers with seamless communication and organization. Bring your attention to detail, positive attitude, and guest service mindset and earn some extra cash this holiday season!

 

Salary: $17.13/hr (increased to $17.73 on January 1, 2027).

 

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates: 

• Season Start: 11-16-2026

• Season End: 01-19-2027 

 

This is a temporary seasonal position for holiday support, with an anticipated start date prior to Thanksgiving and an end date shortly after the New Year. Hours may fluctuate, but will be peak around the Christmas and New Years holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables to standards
• Ensure silverware is not spotted or fingerprinted and glassware is not chipped
• Work carefully to avoid breakage and loss
• Keep refillable beverages full
• Notify server when bringing coffee, tea or other beverages to tables so that these beverages can be charged properly
• Inform server of potential issues with guests
• Stock/restock appropriate linens
• Stock/restock station with appropriate glasses, plates, and saucers
• Complete assigned side work. (Side work is not optional and will be checked out by the manager-on-duty)
• Comply with all Suncadia policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Availability to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current Washington state food handler permit required OR ability to obtain permit within 30-days of hire
• Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment
• Able to communicate well with team member and customers
• Knowledge of food and beverage products
