Location: Brisbane, Eagle Farm, QLD
Package: base salary + Super + Bonus + Car Allowance

What You Will Do
- Drive Strategy: Analyze market insights and customer buying behaviors to build targeted sales plans.
- Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and convert market and customer leads using CRM and digital tools to maintain accurate forecasting.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships through regular client visits and articulate the value of Alfa Laval’s products.
- Deliver Value: Craft tailored, value-based proposals and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policies and risk requirements.
- Showcase Tech: Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations adapted to the customer’s technical understanding.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar discipline).
- Experience: 5+ years in technical sales, ideally focused on industrial process equipment.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of separation technologies is highly advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
