Join the Value Engineering team at One Data and help customers understand the business value of our software for them. Our team covers presales and the initial phase of W2V projects, our paid presales engagements. Working alongside experienced Value Engineers, you help translate customer requirements into relevant demos, first results, and quantifiable value, for example in SAP BW migration and data product management. Interested? Then we are looking for you to grow with us as a Senior Value Engineer (f/m/d) and become part of our team!

These tasks are waiting for you in our team

• You are part of the customer value team and work primarily together with our sales team to estimate and sketch the value contained in data for our customer in presales phases.
• You develop and operationalize strategies and concepts to monetize our customers' data, e.g., when migrating from SAP BW to another platform.
• You translate business challenges into data strategies and these into implementations and guide our implementation team.
• In collaboration with our product team, you provide field level feedback and input to steer the future product roadmap.
• Also, you manage small paid presales projects, develop and run workshops, event presentations, and demos.

Your Data - What we are looking forward to

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, business informatics or business administration, or a comparable qualification with a MINT background or business (informatics).
• Ideally, you have migrated a DWH, Data Lake, SAP BW (or anything in between) onto modern technologies, e.g., SAP BDC, Databricks, Snowflake, etc. 
• You have already gained more than 2 years of experience in consulting, e.g., in areas like data & AI strategy, at the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) or during a migration.
• You have worked with SAP BDC and SAP BW.
• You have a broad understanding in the data field with expertise in some of the following: data products, Data Mesh, Master Data Management, data provision frameworks (Data Lake, Data Warehouse).
• Preferably, you also have minor technical expertise in Python and SQL.
• You are fluent in German and have good to very good English skills.
• You have a certain willingness to travel.
