Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and taking ownership of their care? Would you thrive in a small, supportive private practice where your clinical judgment is valued and you have the opportunity to make a real difference? This well-established, independent internal medicine practice is seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner to join its close-knit team. As the practice transitions to a concierge medicine model, the NP will assume primary responsibility for caring for the practice's established non-concierge patient population.

What You'll Do

• Independently evaluate, diagnose, treat and manage an established panel of internal medicine patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient education and coordinate ongoing care.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care and routine primary care needs.
• Collaborate with the physician as needed to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active Florida NP license and DEA license.
• At least one year of primary care or internal medicine experience, preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and the confidence to manage patients independently.
• Excellent communication, organizational and patient relationship skills.
• A positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding care.
