- Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns
- Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams

We value empathy, resilience, creativity, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.

- Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role

Practicalities
- Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
- £16.48 -£25.75 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses

- Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
Equality & Inclusion
We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. Due to the specific needs of some young people, there may be occasions where we recruit practitioners of a particular gender where this is a lawful Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All roles are subject to safer recruitment checks, including enhanced DBS and compliance vetting.
If you’re passionate about changing lives and supporting young people to re-engage with education, we’d love to hear from you.
