Bachelorâ¿¿s, Masterâ¿¿s, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. AND Experience: 0-2 years of clinical practice required. 1 year preferred Valid PA state license in Physical Therapy. BLS, CPR certification required via AHA. Bachelorâ¿¿s, Masterâ¿¿s, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
