Technician

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist chemist on R&D projects and other technology activities in the lab.
• Conduct related tests independently and efficiently, and deliver the results with high quality.
• Be responsible for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement on lab safety and operation efficiency.
• Other work in lab, e.g. raw materials qualification and other purchasing, housekeeping, etc

Key Job Requirements:

• College or Bachelor degree in polymer science or related
• More than five-year working experience in lab. Resin cooking experience is preferred.
• Good communication skill, good English reading and writing skill.
• Highly motivated and good team player. Willing to work in the lab.
