**JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for a marketing **Software Project Manager** with hands-on experience in **software development**, **web technologies, and website migration projects.** You’ll be leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-impact projects, working alongside developers, marketers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

• You’re a structured and proactive project manager with a strong foundation in **web technology and digital experiences**.
• You’ve successfully managed **website migrations**
• You can speak both “tech” and “business,” easily translating goals into timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• You’re confident leading meetings, keeping teams accountable, and clearing roadblocks before they cause delays.
• You care about quality, performance, and user experience—and know how to deliver projects that meet all three.

## Tasks

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

• Lead the **end-to-end project management cycle,** ensuring smooth handoffs between technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across development, QA, design, and marketing.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, clarify requirements, and translate business goals into actionable tasks.
• Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and keep the project on track.
• Monitor sprint progress and report updates regularly to both internal teams and clients.
• Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to manage tickets, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Support QA and deployment efforts, ensuring successful rollout and post-launch stability.

## Requirements

**WHAT YOU BRING**

✅ 3+ years of experience in **technical project management**, ideally with **web or digital agency teams**.

✅ Proven experience managing **website migrations**, including content strategy.

✅ Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

✅ Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to manage client-facing conversations.

✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common PM tools like Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.

✅ Ability to collaborate across time zones, manage distributed teams, and keep communication flowing.
