Overview
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Bristol Hospice, you will provide direct patient care to terminally ill patients in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act. Your responsibilities include implementing nursing practices following comprehensive assessments, documenting patient services, educating patients and families, and coordinating hospice services with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires an active LPN license in Oregon, three years of nursing experience (hospice or medical/surgical preferred), and a deep understanding of hospice philosophy. You'll work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, serving Klamath County.
