Job Description:

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for Engineering and Consulting Services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and the ability to manage high-volume hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Consulting roles.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in Engineering or Consulting Services.
• Good understanding of manufacturing industry roles and technical skill sets.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Location: Chennai

• Experience: 7+ Years

• Qualification: Graduate\ Postgraduate

• Experience hiring for manufacturing, industrial, or engineering domains.
• Exposure to high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
