Candidate is to understand PLUK application and should be able to enhance and support the application efficiently by doing a proper impact analysis.- Enhancement and maintenance of PLUK Core admin system
- Work closely with other front-end system application team to ensure end-to-end software lifecycle is robust
- Ensuring the Applications Management function is aligned with company strategy.
- Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand and suggest best & efficient solution to cater to business needs
- Analyze problems and implement appropriate technical solutions
- Prepare the technical specification
- Maintain and document the changes
- Conduct Unit/Integration testing
- Complete the assignments within the agreed deadline
- Quality analysis of the programs/system before acceptance testing
- Work closely with Business Analyst to deliver a robust and error-free application systems
- Ensure that all development and implementation are compliant with IT governance policy
- Technical review and quality analysis of the code done by junior members to ensure learning and motivation for subordinates
