Job Description

At Publicis Production, Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Creative Designer with more than 5 years of experience in similar roles within digital, creative, print, and editorial production environments. The mission of this role will be to conceptualize and execute high‑quality creative solutions across both digital and print media, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with brand strategy, creative standards, and client objectives within a global production model.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop creative assets across digital and print formats, including editorial content and production‑ready materials.
• Actively participate in ideation sessions, brainstorming, and creative reviews, contributing strong conceptual thinking and innovative solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality visual design across multiple formats such as websites, emails, banners, printed materials, editorial layouts, and campaign assets.
• Develop and adapt key visuals across channels, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.

• Lead the execution of editorial and print pieces, ensuring compliance with technical production and prepress requirements.
• Prepare final print‑ready files, ensuring correct setup (color profiles, resolution, bleed, file formats, and technical specifications).
• Execute creative production tasks such as image retouching, illustration, infographics, presentations, basic animations, and design adaptations.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and development teams to deliver user‑centered and business‑aligned solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines, creative direction, and strategic objectives.
• Mentor and support junior designers, promoting best practices and high‑quality standards across the team.
• Present creative proposals and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, with strong expertise in both digital and print/editorial environments.
• Proven experience in visual design, web design, and creative production.
• Strong experience working across multiple formats and media (digital, print, editorial).

• Solid knowledge of prepress and graphic production processes.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout principles.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of digital and print design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, and similar.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, UX, or front‑end development is a plus.
• Intermediate‑to‑advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
