Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Brand Marketing & Communications for Canada, this dynamic role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact within Gallagher Specialty. We’re seeking a polished, proactive individual ready to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment. From managing marketing campaigns for our Small Business, Personal Lines, Marine, and MGA sectors, to coordinating marquee events, your meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills will be essential to success.

 

You will champion consistent and compelling brand messaging across different platforms while actively supporting business growth initiatives with innovative marketing strategies tailored to diverse insurance specialties.

 

How you'll make an impact

 

• Coordinate, manage and track marketing initiatives and campaigns specifically tailored for Small Business Insurance, Personal Lines, and MGA divisions to drive client engagement and business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Strategic Growth teams to develop targeted marketing collateral and promotional materials that resonate with diverse client needs across the three insurance lines.
• Coordinate with centralized resources and agency partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure accurate, compelling representation, monitor performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Assist the Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies focused on these insurance sectors, managing editorial calendars, distributing content across platforms, and tracking engagement metrics through reporting.
• Organize and execute industry-relevant events and client-facing activities that elevate brand presence and foster strong relationships within each specialty area.
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador alongside Marketing & Communications colleagues, promoting Gallagher’s values and specialty expertise throughout the organization and client interactions.

• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and testing.

About you

• University degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Wordpress
• Strong project management skills (Workfront or similar) and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (or similar).
• Analytics fluency: UTM setup, QA checklists, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Professional, polished demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, adept at juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
