Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the distribution department with daily activities associated with tray builds, restock, shipping, and inventory distribution. This role ensures efficient and accurate handling of inventory to support overall operational goals.
Essential Functions:
• Assist with the receipt of products.
• Perform data entry into the computer system.
• Assemble and build medical trays according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
• Conduct physical counts of inventory as directed.
• Restock inventory to maintain optimal levels.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Prepare and process shipments accurately and timely.
• Maintain a customer-friendly disposition at all times while supporting the sales force.
• Display attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in the medical supply industry.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Understanding inventory control.
• Familiarity with inspection techniques

• None
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent periods of standing, sitting, bending, climbing and stooping.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
