Overview
Warehouse Associate position responsible for safely and accurately selecting customer orders, building orders according to load tickets, shrink wrapping and labeling orders, and moving completed orders to the loading dock. Additional responsibilities include receiving inbound products, managing inventory, performing equipment checks, operating powered industrial equipment, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly with occasional lifting up to 170 pounds. Position offers pay increases after 90 days, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. This is a union facility with night shift and freezer premium available.

Position Responsibilities:
- Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
- Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
- Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
