Key responsibilities include delivering induction courses and toolbox talks, investigating accidents and incidents, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with Permit-to-Work systems, and maintaining project HSE plans and procedures. The role requires monitoring workforce safety, responding to non-compliance reports, and following up on corrective actions from inspections and audits. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HSE standards, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
