Overview
As a Culinary Team Member, you'll be responsible for the overall quality of menu items according to Thunderdome's standards. Your duties include maintaining clean and efficient workstations, setting up and stocking necessary items, following safety, sanitation and health standards, preparing menu items using proper knife skills and cooking techniques, and maintaining a positive team environment. This role requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. We offer medical, vision, dental and life insurance eligibility within 90 days, paid time off after one year, participation in a shared tip pool, food provided every shift, and 401K eligibility after one year of continuous service.
