Overview
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you'll perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures primarily in ER settings, both in hospitals and free-standing facilities. You'll communicate compassionately with patients, maintain equipment cleanliness, and work professionally with hospital staff. The role requires current ARDMS certification, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of post-graduation ultrasound experience. Ultrasound Technologist Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
- Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
- Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
- Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications
