Overview
This 6-month fixed-term role serves as the primary strategic HR partner for people leaders across Netherlands, Greece, and Israel. Responsibilities include acting as a conduit between BU HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence, advising on workforce planning and talent management, leading regional HR projects, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Candidates must have minimum 8 years of experience in international organizations, strong knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions, Dutch fluency (C1 level), and preferably experience in technology/manufacturing environments. The role requires advanced HR knowledge, project leadership experience, and familiarity with SuccessFactors HR module.
