This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Summary of Responsibilities
Manage claims of moderate to high complexity with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager utilizing current Claim technology. Conduct thorough investigations in order to determine coverage, evaluate damages/benefits, and liability/compensability. Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys. Responsibilities also include proactive file management, adequate reserving, and participation in training activities.
