What You’ll Do
Working alongside a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will:
- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Accurately document care and communicate updates
- Help preserve comfort, dignity, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For
- Active CNA certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & current auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Commitment to serving patients with serious or terminal illness
