Position: Executive Assistant for Wingspan Life ResourcesWingspan Life Resources is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to achieve independence, inclusion, and productivity in their communities. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team and support the executive leadership in driving our mission forward.The Role:As the Executive Assistant for Wingspan Life Resources, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will work closely with our Executive Director and other senior leaders to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Your efficient and proactive approach will be pivotal in helping us carry out our mission and make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsPrepare and proofread various documents, reports, and presentationsManage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalismAct as a liaison between the Executive Director and other staff members, board members, and external partnersConduct research and gather data to support decision-making and project managementHandle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate and plan events and meetings, including room reservations and catering arrangementsCreate and maintain organized and accurate records and filesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a non-profit environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used business softwareExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detailAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all timesProactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionPassion for our mission and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusionWhy work at Wingspan Life Resources?Wingspan Life Resources offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, where every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
