Remote Scrum Master

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled individual to join our team at Neighborhood Christian Centers, Inc. In this position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating agile processes and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and coach the team in agile practices and principles.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined backlog.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.RequirementsProven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an agile environment.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.Scrum Master certification is preferred.Nice to haveExperience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.Knowledge of software development processes.Familiarity with other agile frameworks like Kanban.
