Position: Construction Project ManagerCompany: Hazelwood HomesHazelwood Homes is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our upcoming residential projects. We are looking for a dynamic individual who shares our passion for excellence and is driven to bring our construction projects to successful completion.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and final deliveryMonitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and in compliance with building codes and regulationsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedulesConduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues or conflicts that may ariseLiaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project statusDevelop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and servicesReview and approve project budgets and expenses, and provide cost analysis reports to senior managementEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations on construction sitesMentor and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential constructionStrong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materialsProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver’s license and the ability to travel to construction sites as neededWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
