RJP are looking for you! We want to discover the next fantastic talent to join our hospitality teams  in Salou SpainWe are ready to build our teams for our award-winning venues, House of Illusion, Houdinis Attic, Chaplins Salou, and the brand new East Street We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to organise the kitchen’s activities. You will be the first in command in the kitchen and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.You will oversee many diverse aspects of the hospitality sector at one (or more) of our selected venues, managing and working closely with the assistant chef, creating menu items, preparing and maintaining the quality of the menu, and determining food inventory needs.   Responsibilities Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activitiesConstruct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servingsApprove and “polish” dishes before they reach the customerPlan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortagesArrange for repairs when necessaryRemedy any problems or defectsOversee the work of subordinatesComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsFoster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers Requirements Proven experience as a chefThe exceptional proven ability of kitchen managementAbility in dividing responsibilities and monitor progressOutstanding communication and leadership skillsUp-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processesGood understanding of useful computer programs (Google, restaurant management software, POS)Credentials in health and safety trainingCan you bring magic to our kitchens?  To get to know us search for our venues, House of IllusionChaplins Cabaret and Cocktail BarHoudini's Attic If you think you have what it takes then apply today! Do something amazing this year!
