Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with elders or people with disabilities.

Valid HHA/CNA Certification OR ability to pass a competency evaluation.

Must be 18+ with a mature, reliable work ethic.

Commitment to member safety and well-being.
What You’ll Do:

Direct Care: Assist members with daily activities (ADLs/IADLs) like personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.

Monitoring: Keep an eye on member health and report any changes to the Nurse or Care Manager.

Support: Provide medication reminders and ensure prescriptions are refilled on time.

Documentation: Complete simple daily logs for each visit.
Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Must have reliable transportation to visit members in their homes.
