Description
Veterinary Receptionist –Full or part time position. DePorre Veterinary Hospital is a multi-doctor; AAHA accredited veterinary hospital located in Bloomfield Hills. We are a fast paced hospital looking for a quick learner that works well with a team and is able to prioritize and multi-task well.
Requirements of this position are the following:

- 2+ years of customer service experience in retail/restaurant/professional setting.
- Clear and concise communicator.
- Ability to anticipate client needs.
- Experience using multi-line phones, computer proficient and able to use basic office equipment.
- Ability to work days (open from 7:15 am-6:00 pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays (7:15 am-2:00 pm).
- Veterinary experience a plus.
- The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phone calls, making appointments, checking in/out clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Processing communications regarding patients.
- Efficiently and accurately invoice clients (exams, surgeries, hospital stays, medications).
- Client education.
- Light cleaning.
