Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Talent Management & Development, is responsible for designing and embedding the firm’s approach to talent, performance, and development. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CHRO and leadership team, translating business priorities into practical talent initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and support long-term growth.

As part of a small, high-performing HR team, this is an individual contributor role that requires a highly hands-on, agile approach. The role combines strategy and execution-building programs, working directly with leaders, and ensuring talent practices are consistently applied across the organization.

What You’ll Be Responsible For^[1]

• Partner with the CHRO and HR team to execute talent and development priorities in a practical, business-focused way
• Identify talent and capability gaps and implement targeted solutions
• Run core talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
• Own the performance management cycle end-to-end, ensuring timelines are met and processes are consistently followed
• Align goals, performance, and development priorities
• Strengthen manager capability in coaching, feedback, and employee development
• Deliver focused learning initiatives aligned with business needs
• Own LinkedIn Learning, driving usage and relevance
• Leverage Paylocity to support performance tracking, development, and reporting
• Oversee onboarding to ensure strong employee integration and early success
• Maintain the HR calendar across the employee lifecycle, ensuring key processes and initiatives stay on track
• Support and coordinate ongoing employee engagement and DEI initiatives
• Continuously improve talent and development processes to keep them simple and effective

• 7+ years of L&D or related experience.
• Experience with performance management.
• Strong program design and delivery skills.
• Experience driving change and influencing behavior.

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
