The Carrier Onboarding Representative is responsible for sourcing and vetting carrier services, while always focusing on growing long-term relationships with Carriers. Role & Responsibility
- Build long standing relationships with new and existing, carriers and co-workers to support our customer needs
- Continual sourcing of new carrier partners and existing underutilized carrier partners
- Accountable for tracking and tracing all pickups and deliveries
- Resolving service issues and failures while working with management team
- Strong negotiation skills to help minimize our transportation spend
- Assist support departments as needed

- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Understanding urgency and time critical operations to support the needs of the business
- Highly motivated (driven to succeed), competitive, personable and outgoing
- Must possess strong communication, decision making, time management, presentation, sales and negotiation skills
