Description
Client: JP Morgan
Location: Candidates MUST be local or ready to relocate. Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule.
Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
Applicants must be legal permanent residents (Green Card holders) or US citizens to be eligible for this position.
Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.
Required Skills:
- Experience developing service integration solutions using Kafka / Confluent / Java / J2EE / Websphere / MQ / Message Streaming. 6+ Years Relevant IT software experience in a Technical-Developer role.
- Confluent Certified Developer will be an added advantage
- Working java knowledge to write code using eclipse or IntelliJ tools. Understanding of Java coding standards and deployment process.
- Knowledge of Splunk and Dynatrace tool usage on logging and monitoring. Querying Splunk logs and dashboard creation analysis.
- Strong Knowledge on any RDMS database/SQL/Stored Procedures etc.
- Linux/Unix usage with Python or shell scripts knowledge for automation
- Experience with Data Replication Tools like IBM IIDR is a plus.
- Responsible for writing code, unit testing, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.
- Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
- Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
