Management Consultant

We are now looking for Management Consultants who combine analytical sharpness with strong execution capabilities and want to help shape the future of consulting.

About Influence

Influence is a management consulting firm that challenges convention. By combining strategy development with realisation ability, we help our clients transform both their business and operations in a sustainable, long‑term way. We always do this with genuine care, the courage to challenge, and the ability to navigate where others get stuck.

Together with our partner firms within Newground Alliance, we operate under one shared roof, where specialist competencies meet and collaborate. This gives us both breadth and depth, while working from a clear foundation of collective intelligence.

About the role

As a Management Consultant at Influence, you will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, organisational development, and customer-driven growth.

You will lead business-critical engagements, helping clients navigate complexity, unlock new opportunities, and deliver lasting impact. Working closely with colleagues, leadership teams, and key stakeholders, you will structure challenging business problems, formulate recommendations, and drive progress from insight to action.

Building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to Influence's continued growth are core parts of the role.

• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programmes

• Confidence engaging with executive teams and senior decision-makers

• A combination of strategic thinking and strong execution

• Depth in one or more areas, such as strategy, customer-driven innovation, transformation, operating models, project and change management

• Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to build alignment and momentum across teams

• A commercial mindset, with genuine drive to grow both client relationships and new business

• Ambition to help shape Influence's journey toward our 2030 goals

What we offer

• The opportunity to deepen your specialisation while growing as part of a wider, collaborative expert network

• A dynamic work environment built on collective intelligence and close collaboration

• A culture where sharp minds meet genuine hearts - we live by our values: great minds, genuine hearts, and sustainable results

• Collaboration with specialists across Newground Alliance, plus development opportunities through Newground Academy
