Description
At Teabox & Sammvaad, thousands of orders travel across India, the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East every month. We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of the logistics journey—not just tracking shipments, but ensuring every order reaches our customers with minimal friction while continuously making our logistics operations smarter and more efficient.
Your Mission: Own logistics operations, eliminate bottlenecks, automate repetitive work, and become the go-to person who keeps our supply chain running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and courier escalations.
- Oversee daily logistics operations across 7 warehouses.
- Handle Unicommerce operations, including embargoes, reshipments, and order exceptions.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Review weekly courier performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Automate manual tasks using AI, ClickPost, SagePilot, Unicommerce, and other operational tools.
- Build scalable logistics processes to support business growth.
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of problems instead of forwarding them.
- Believes repetitive tasks should be automated.
- Enjoys working with data as much as people.
- Focuses on finding solutions rather than sharing status updates.
- Loves improving systems and creating meaningful impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA Graduate of 2024 to 2026 batch.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce will be preferred.
- Experience working with Unicommerce, ClickPost, or similar logistics platforms.
- Strong proficiency in AI tools.
Why Join Us?
- Real ownership from Day 1.
- Opportunity to work on both domestic and global logistics operations.
- Freedom to further experiment with AI and automation.
- High-impact role with visible business outcomes.
- Be part of a fast-growing D2C business where your ideas truly matter.
- Ready to Build Smarter Data Driven Logistics.
If solving complex operational challenges excites you, we'd love to meet you.
