30hop Restaurant & Bar in Omaha, NE is looking for Bartenders to join our front of house team!

At 30hop, our bartenders do more than mix drinks. They help set the tone for the Guest experience by delivering friendly service, preparing quality beverages, and keeping the bar running smoothly.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Starting pay for fully trained Bartenders is $4.35/hour plus tips. Tips are distributed the following morning.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Evening and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, efficient service to Guests seated at the bar
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Prepare drink orders for both bar Guests and the dining room
• Stay familiar with our cocktail menu, beer selections, wines, spirits, and food offerings
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
• Handle transactions and process payments accurately
• Complete assigned opening, shift, and closing responsibilities
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all sanitation guidelines
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to keep service running efficiently
• Maintain beverage quality and presentation during busy shifts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior bartending experience is preferred
• Familiarity with preparing cocktails and serving beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy restaurant setting
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and responsible service
• Ability to remain professional and provide excellent hospitality during peak hours
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
