Overview

The Organized Trade Supervisor owns the strategy, sales performance and execution of PepsiCo Foods Vietnam’s digital commerce channels, covering both e-commerce and online-to-offline (O2O) platforms and On-premise channel. The role develops channel plans, manages key partners and works across teams to deliver growth and an effective shopper experience.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Channel planning: Develop annual and monthly plans for e-commerce, O2O and On-Premise, covering sales targets, partner priorities, product assortment, promotions and investment.
  • Sales delivery: Drive sales performance across assigned platforms, accounts and partners. Identify growth opportunities, review results and propose actions to close performance gaps.
  • Partner management: Build relationships with e-commerce, O2O and On-Premise partners. Contribute to joint business plans and coordinate activities that support mutual growth.
  • Campaign planning and execution: Plan and execute product launches, promotions and channel campaigns. Ensure appropriate pricing, product content and visibility across relevant platforms and outlets.
  • O2O planning and execution: Work with Account Managers, retail partners and internal teams to improve online product availability, store coverage and execution of O2O activities.
  • On-Premise planning and execution: Identify opportunities in On-Premise accounts and coordinate with partners and internal teams to expand distribution, improve product availability and execute agreed activities at outlets.
  • Performance management: Track sales, product availability, campaign results and return on investment. Use performance data to recommend improvements to future plans.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work with Sales, Marketing, Category Development, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver channel activities on time and within budget.
  • Other tasks: Develop other channels (if any) as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, O2O, key account management or channel development; FMCG experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver sales growth through digital commerce partners.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including the ability to manage targets, budgets and campaign performance.
  • Strong negotiation, partner management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Comfortable owning both channel strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese.
