Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage governance processes across strategic programs, initiatives, pilots, and transformation workstreams.
- Maintain integrated backlogs, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and decision records.
- Develop executive reporting, governance dashboards, status reviews, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate program reviews, planning cycles, governance forums, and stakeholder communications.
- Operate the centralized program management and knowledge management framework.
- Identify risks, execution gaps, and dependency issues requiring escalation.
- Support organizational planning, prioritization, and resource alignment activities.
- Drive governance maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, governance, PMO leadership, transformation management, business operations, or operational excellence.
- Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, interdependent workstreams, and executive oversight.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing executive reporting, governance frameworks, dashboards, risk management processes, and performance tracking.
- Experience facilitating governance reviews, leadership meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution discipline, accountability, issue resolution, and organizational alignment.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, or large-scale business change programs within matrixed organizations.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
