Compensation Package
Competitive piece-rate pay with multiple bonus opportunities:
- Per Visit: $45.00 - $48.00 per completed visit (based on experience)
- Mileage Reimbursement

Position Summary
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a vital role in helping patients recover safely and successfully in their homes. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and following the established plan of care, you'll provide high-quality nursing services, patient education, and clinical support that contribute to outstanding recovery outcomes.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships, delivering personalized care, and helping patients navigate their recovery journey after orthopedic and surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care as directed by the RN and patient plan of care
- Provide accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Collect assessment data and communicate findings to RN and physicians
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Use clinical equipment safely and efficiently
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Active California LVN License
- Current CPR Certification
- 2+ years of direct patient care experience (home health experience required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record
- Must be willing to bathe and have wound, foley and ostomy care experience
