KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Oversee the end-to-end IT environment across the Cavite and Laguna manufacturing facilities, including infrastructure, network operations, enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, and Operational Technology (OT).

Serve as the senior IT leader and strategic technology partner to the General Manager, site leadership, and business stakeholders across both locations.

Evaluate business and operational needs and translate them into technology initiatives, project priorities, and infrastructure improvements aligned with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with corporate IT teams to align site-level requirements with enterprise technology roadmaps, particularly for MES, ERP, Warehouse Management systems, and other business-critical platforms.

Ensure site IT operations comply with corporate technology strategies, architecture standards, governance frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and technical requirements.

Lead and develop the site IT organization through workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee development, and technical capability building.

Maintain the availability, reliability, performance, security, and continuity of critical manufacturing systems, including MES, SCADA, ERP, Warehouse platforms, and OT infrastructure.

Partner with corporate IT and specialized technical teams to resolve major incidents, implement system enhancements, and improve manufacturing technology performance.

Oversee IT service delivery, third-party providers, vendor relationships, contractual obligations, and technology projects across both facilities.

Ensure IT projects and vendor engagements meet approved scope, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and security requirements.

Establish and enforce production change-management procedures to ensure changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, implemented, and documented with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.

Manage site IT financials, including budgets, procurement, vendor expenditures, contracts, and technology asset lifecycle planning.

Oversee the deployment, maintenance, replacement, and retirement of IT assets supporting administrative, manufacturing, and operational environments.
-
Develop, maintain, and regularly test business continuity and disaster recovery plans to protect critical technology services against infrastructure failures and operational disruptions.

Establish and monitor IT performance indicators covering system availability, incident response, service delivery, project execution, and operational efficiency.
-
Analyze incident trends, operational data, business KPIs, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities, guide technology investments, and strengthen service delivery.

Enforce corporate cybersecurity controls, including identity and access management, endpoint security, and other applicable technology protection measures.
-
Support internal and external audits, maintain SOX compliance readiness, and collaborate with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality teams to meet relevant safety and environmental requirements.

Lead site IT activities for major business initiatives, including facility expansions, new production line deployments, relocations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations.

Ensure IT infrastructure and manufacturing technology requirements are incorporated into facility and production projects from initial planning through implementation and operational handover.

Promote a data-driven IT culture by leveraging service metrics, incident analysis, operational trends, and business performance indicators to support informed decisions and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-
At least 15 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
-
Demonstrated experience leading IT operations in manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, or similarly complex production environments.
-
Strong understanding of manufacturing technology and operational systems, particularly Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, Warehouse systems, and OT infrastructure.
-
Experience working with corporate IT organizations to implement enterprise technology standards, governance frameworks, architecture requirements, and strategic initiatives at the site level.
-
Practical experience supporting campus networking and security technologies, including Cisco switching and wireless, Cisco ASA/Firepower, SD-WAN, NAC/802.1X, Cisco ISE, and SolarWinds.
-
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
-
Experience operating within formal Change Advisory Board (CAB) procedures and production change-management frameworks.
-
Proven ability to manage IT budgets, technology projects, vendors, and service providers while delivering measurable business and operational outcomes.
-
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with factory-floor personnel, technical teams, business leaders, and senior executives.
-
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
-
Willingness to participate in after-hours and weekend maintenance activities when required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Tagalog to support communication and collaboration across local manufacturing teams.

Professional certifications such as ITIL, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent credentials.

Experience supporting MES and test-station environments in high-mix, high-throughput manufacturing operations.
-
Experience coordinating IT and OT teams to improve the reliability, security, and performance of production systems.
-
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Industry 4.0 initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process improvement, and manufacturing digitalization.
-
Experience leading IT workstreams for facility expansions, new production lines, relocations, or M&A integrations.
