Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in system integration, providing technical leadership and coordinating team activities to achieve project objectives.

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions aligned with business goals and technology strategies.

Lead and contribute to team-level decisions while supporting key technical and delivery decisions across multiple teams.

Analyze complex business processes and develop technical specifications and integration designs that accurately reflect client requirements.

Design and implement system integration solutions using Oracle Utilities products, ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise applications and business processes.
-
Provide consultative support for system integration initiatives, business transformation projects, and customer journey improvements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align functional and application designs with client expectations.

Identify and resolve technical and business challenges affecting integration delivery, collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delivery challenges, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and promote integration design standards and best practices.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance integration architecture, delivery efficiency, and solution quality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities, ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Asset Management, or Inventory Management.

At least 5 years of integration design experience involving Oracle Utilities products, including WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, and OFS.

Strong understanding of system integration principles, architecture, design methodologies, and implementation best practices.

Proven experience designing and implementing business and technology solutions aligned with client requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate business needs into technical specifications and integration designs.

Strong technical problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
-
Ability to provide technical guidance, contribute to cross-team decisions, and coordinate integration activities across multiple teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M), including SPL.
-
Experience with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

Familiarity with cloud-based utility management platforms in enterprise environments.
-
Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture and integration capabilities.
-
Experience supporting utility transformation initiatives and complex enterprise integration projects.

Experience mentoring technical teams and promoting reusable integration patterns and standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES

Oracle Utilities: WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, OFS, and related Oracle Utilities products.
