Overview
The Blackhawk Network Compliance Department is looking for a full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join its team in a hybrid position based in Coppell, Texas. This role is well-suited for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who will play a key role in supporting audits, regulatory examinations, and due diligence requests from regulators, banking partners, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage client requests and assessments; while ensuring that all responses are complete, accurate, and within deadlines.
- Manage banks requirements, performing quality assurance.
- Produce responses and, as needed, work with other business unit/ functional subject matter experts (SMEs) on responses.
- Design, implement, and maintain a library with policies, procedures, and most requested data points for audits, RFPs, and assessments.
- Support bank audits, as needed.
- Lead or participate in other projects as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management solving skills.
- Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ability to take initiative and to work with minimum supervision.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in financial services, regulatory compliance programs, audit preferred.
- +2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related experience in project planning and coordination.
Benefits
Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $59,700.00 to $77,617.00
