Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Set up and

maintain laboratory bench characterization equipment to ensure the smooth and

efficient execution of characterization activities. Conduct

electrical characterization testing and provide accurate results, including

detailed electrical data analysis reports, to Development, Project, and

Application teams. Develop

automation tools for laboratory characterization to improve efficiency and

accuracy, while creating systematic documentation, handbooks, and guidelines. Communicate

regularly with key stakeholders across remote sites through weekly, bi-weekly,

and monthly meetings, providing timely and accurate project updates. Attend

bi-weekly staff meetings to ensure alignment with team objectives and project

milestones. Participate in

annual innovation projects with CV team members to develop innovative ideas and

solutions that benefit the broader R&D community. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's

degree in Electronics or a related field.  More than 3

years of relevant working experience with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor

electronics.  Strong

technical expertise with a keen interest in learning new skills and

technologies, particularly in MOSFET technologies.  Strong

interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.  Good oral and

written presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical
