Breakfast Attendant

Job Description:

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for guests. This role ensures the breakfast area is well-stocked, clean, and organized, and that all food items are prepared and presented according to company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

* Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and replenished throughout service hours.
* Prepare simple food items such as waffles, oatmeal, and other continental breakfast offerings.
* Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
* Clean and sanitize all breakfast area surfaces, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
* Wash dishes and utensils as needed and ensure the breakfast area remains tidy and presentable.
* Stock and organize supplies, including plates, cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or inventory shortages to management.
* Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Job Qualifications:

* Prior experience in food service or hospitality a plus.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Shift:

Part Time- 5:30 AM - 11 AM
