SUMMARY:
- One of the key players in helping the company grow their engineering organization
- Will own the full recruiting lifecycle to help find top engineering and design talent across the US
- Work closely with the company’s Engineering leadership to support their critical hiring needs across various engineering disciplines

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- 3+ years of experience recruiting engineering, design, technical, etc. talent within engineering, procurement, industrial construction, energy, power generation, refining, petrochemical, manufacturing, or similar industries
