Lead Baler Operator

Job Requirements

• Manage daily baler output and production priorities.
• Plan labour and shift allocation to meet customer demand.
• Schedule routine cleaning and housekeeping to minimise downtime.
• Monitor consumable and fibre stock levels to prevent production interruptions.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of additional operators when required.
• Report daily and weekly performance updates (output, downtime, labour utilisation, KPIs).
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
• Support training and development of baler operators.
