Customer Care Service Support Coord 2

What You Will Do

The Customer Care Service Support Coordinator (CSC) supports HVAC service operations by coordinating administrative, purchasing, inventory, and business process activities that help ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the HVAC Branch Service Manager and works closely with Truck Based Service Managers, technicians, customers, and vendors. This position is primarily on-site and requires regular attendance at the assigned branch office to effectively support daily service operations and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

·        Support service operations through administrative and operational coordination.

·        Maintain customer accounts, service records, and system data accuracy.

·        Create and manage purchase orders and support parts procurement activities.

·        Coordinate inventory tracking, reconciliation, and material-related processes.

·        Monitor work orders and assist in progressing jobs through completion and billing.

·        Track and resolve operational exceptions, documentation issues, and process gaps.

·        Support reporting, recordkeeping, and performance metric tracking, including operational and safety-related metrics.

·        Coordinate and maintain technician on-call schedules and related updates.

·        Support vendor onboarding and subcontract administration activities.

·        Provide service-related administrative support to technicians and service leadership.

·        Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of business process needs.

·        Participate in continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

·        High school diploma or equivalent required.

·        2+ years of experience in customer service, service operations, administrative support, purchasing, inventory, or a related field.

·        Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Associate degree or equivalent experience.

·        Experience in HVAC, field service, construction, or related industries.

·        Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, billing, or service operations processes.

Success in This Role

A successful CSC is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to keep operational processes moving efficiently while supporting technicians, service managers, and customers. The individual takes ownership of administrative and operational processes, communicates effectively across teams, and contributes to a high-performing service organization.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.92 - $28 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
