Southeast Region

Our Opportunity

Immediate opening for a Pre-Construction Administrator to assist in the preparation of budgets for multifamily, commercial and residential construction projects.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and track contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and coordination of billing with accounting departments
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and distribute relevant project information
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain documentation, updates, and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and safety regulations
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client meetings

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or related roles
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite.  Construction management software a plus (will train).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in document management, data entry, and financial tracking
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to review contracts, budgets, and schedules for inconsistencies or potential issues
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales, project managers, field staff, and clients
